The CELLAflex jacket is produced from a high quality PU foam (PURtec AW20).

As an outer layer, an elastic PV film 5mm in thickness is bonded to the flexible PU foam using a non-solvent based glue. Due to the elastic PV film, a warming of the CELLAflex jacket at low temperatures is not required. Furthermore, tolerances can be absorbed due to the elasticity of the PV film foam. The hole cutting in the CELLAflex jacket is done by using a punch. The cut-outs for plumbing connections are covered by a split ring plastic trim.

As  insulating cover we use a deep recessed cap.

The CELLAflex jacket is fastened to foam-in-place tanks with a zipper.
