The Modul insulation is made of high quality rigid PU foam. The insulating lid can either be of rigid or flexible PU foams. The cut-outs in the Modul insulation are performed by a NC drill and can be programmed customer specifically.

Perforations, pockets , custom contours … are not an issue for us.

The fastening of the quarter shell elements is carried out via a tongue and groove joint. With profiled plastic fastening straps the Module insulation is pressed directly onto the storage tank. Cut-outs for plumbing connections are additionally insulated with flexible PU grommet rings to prevent heat loss. Holes for the plumbing connections are in the individual elements.

Installing Modul insulations on a existing unit is a standard feature. Modul insulations on hot water tanks are available from 750 mm to 1350 mm in width and with a maximum height of 2600 mm. The Modul insulation is 100% recyclable.
