The Cella-PS Insulation is produced from a flexible PU foam (PURtec AW20) of the highest quality .

The insulating jacket material is tailored to the size of the storage unit. A 1mm thick outer layer of impact resistant PURtec PS with a textured finish is bonded to the PU foam for strength. The glue is solvent free. The insulated lid is made from a flexible foam jacket. Upon request a profiled plastic fastening strap and/or thermoformed lids made of Polystyrene are used.

The cut-outs in the Cella-PS Insulation are performed by an NC water jet unit, which can be programmed specifically to the customer’s needs.

Perforations, pockets , custom contours … are not an issue for us.

The Cella-PS Insulation is available for any tank size and can be ordered in one, two or more segments. The segments can either be joined together with hook fasteners or zippers.

Installing a Cella-PS on an existing unit is a standard feature. Cut-outs for the plumbing connections are possible in the joint face. Cella-PS Insulation is 100% recyclable.

CELLA - PV: The variable insulation: inside and outside soft

The Cella-PV Insulation is produced from high quality flexible PU foam (PURtec AW20).

The insulation jacket is sized to the diameter of the vessel. As an outer layer, a PV film is bonded to flexible PU foam plates. As an optical covering a deep recessed high rimmed lid is used.

The cut-outs in the Cella-PV Insulation is performed by an NC water jet unit, which can be programmed specifically to the customer’s needs.
