Progresso is a combined insulation out of melamine resin and polyester fibres. The thickness of the insulation can be adjusted between 70mm and 120mm to the customer’s needs. Depending on the proportions of the water tank, the insulation contains only one or more parts. The individual parts are connected by hook mouldings.

To maintain the flexibility, wedge-shaped cuts are made into the insulation. The insulation adapts itself perfectly to the tanks, what results in an excellent insulating system and lower energy costs.

The combined insulation is fire resistant according to DIN 4102 (fire classification 1) and DIN 18599. Furthermore, the insulation is lightweight and flexible, as well as easily assembled and installed.

The cover is out of a 1mm thick and resistent PURtec PS plate that is connected with the melamine resin due to a higher stability. The top of the insulation is out of a melamine resin circle that is covered by a thermo-formed hood. Attaching points are in the mould parting line.

An additional assembly of the insulation is always possible.
