In 2000, Greiner Holding AG established the Greiner Academy, which offers MBA-like training to Greiner managers from all around the world. Each year, around 35 graduates of this programme take part in seminars on marketing, management, and finance. Two further Basic Business Trainings in German and English are being planed to start next year.
Greiner Academy 2.0
In 2009 the requirements were revised and the concept of the Greiner Academy was changed to a three-steps-model.
The first level or Basic Business Program consists of 8 phases and offers focuses on the fields of organisation and leadership, communication and conflict management, presentation and self development as well as a business driving licence. Details and further information can be found at www.greiner.at/eng/788.php.
The further steps contain Job Rotation, options in other divisions and countries, cross-division and cross-national projects, specialising courses and experience exchange meetings.
Greiner Industrial Trainings
The Greiner Industrial Training (git) programme offers technical training to Greiner employees of all Greiner subsidiaries, as well as client-specific training for customers. The capacities of the git-training centre in Kremsmuenster have been enlarged and modernised with professional equipment recently.
It is our significant concern that young people from our local area who are interested in technology should be provided with new training opportunities which anticipate future developments.
Executive Programme
The aim of the executive program is to prepare young potential executives for future challenges in operative departments of the Greiner PURtec Group. The participants are from the production, sales, administration or without an organisation background.
PUTT – PURtec Top Talents
Is a circle of young, potential executives being prepared in a special training program for the challenges that the future may provide . Most participants are younger than 30 years, only few exceptions have already reached their fourth decade in life yet. The participants meet periodically, solve cross-country problems together as a team, getting to know different cultures and personalities, strengths and weaknesses of the others in detail and therefore build up a solid basement for future challenges.
